Our goal is for our customers is to be 100% satisfied with our product, let us know here at Glimmering Diva Jewelry and Fashion within an hour after placing the order to cancel. After the order has shipped it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping, plus a 25% restocking fee.

Any damage or shortage to the jewelry or you are unsatisfied with the order within 7 days of receipt, please email us for RNA # at glimmeringdiva@gmail.com. Please make sure to show the # on the outside of the return. Save the packaging and box in the event of a return. All returns must be in the original package there is a 25% restocking fee that applies after 7 days to the items that were shipped as ordered and not damaged only to the product. The cost will be returned as a credit to the account and no shipping cost will be returned. 

Orders must be paid with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, American Express through PayPal. Make sure to include the name as it appears on the card, the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit code verification and the billing address. No C.O.D. payments will be accepted.

Delivery Time and Shipping- Please make sure that the address on your shipping and mailing address is correct before finalizing the order.

Domestic Shipping- Glimmering Diva ships USPS Priority Mail “Only”. To get free shipping orders must be over $75, any order under $75 will be charged a $10.00 flat rate. This applies to all orders online through the e-commerce. Glimmering Diva reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time. Orders will not be shipped to PO boxes, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO is subject to a $15 shipping fee.

Orders that are in stock will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders that are placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday. No credit for shipping cost, currently right now shipping is not available outside the U.S.

Backorder- Our inventory if jewelry can vary slightly from the real inventory. Glimmering Diva will issue a credit if a shortage does occur and this credit will be applied to the next order. No substitution or backorders.
