We are experiencing a very exciting paradigm shift within our lifetime.   How we once conceptualized health, life, existence is evolving quite rapidly.   More specifically, most of us are no longer feeling that the compartmentalizing or pathologizing of our health is serving us.  
Rather, we are wanting to reintegrate all parts of us:  mind, body, energy, Spirit, community.   This holistic approach to our well-being can indeed be accessed by anyone that wishes to ponder the bigger existential questions and accepting that the answers to these mysteries can come from within.  

While Spiritual Integration Counseling is for anyone, many clients that have especially benefited from this process includes people who have had a Near Death Experience (NDE), who have experienced loss, who have unresolved grief, who have been impacted by early childhood or more recent trauma(s), and/or those who have experienced Spiritual Emergence through shamanic healing, plant medicine journey work, or other forms of healing practices.    The collaborative work that we do together will help you along your Journey with the use of a wide variety of modalities, including yoga therapy, sound healing, and meditation.
