It has truly stood the test of time, and modern Western research continues to confirm its many benefits in treating a wide variety of ailments and conditions that impact our mind/body/energy/spirit. My intention for these one-on-one sessions is that you, the client, are able to establish a deeper appreciation for your TRUE SELF.
I offer Spiritual Integration Counseling as a safe and supportive way to explore how to make sense of and appreciate how Spirit influences our lives. Some people inherently have a deep appreciation for the unseen forces but it can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming unless one develops a practice (i.e. prayer, yoga, holotrophic breathwork) to help balance both ordniary and nonordinary realities.
